Delete your account

You can delete your Wbando account and all data associated with it at any time, directly in the app:

1. Sign in and open your Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or the store will keep charging you.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed (or your app version doesn't show the option yet), send an email to hello@wbando.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email address your Wbando account is registered to. We will verify the request and delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your account (email and sign-in identity), your scans and saved locations stored on our servers, your uploaded flight logs, and analytics identifiers linked to your account. In-app deletion takes effect immediately; email requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Deletion is irreversible.

Delete data without closing your account

You can also request deletion of specific data (for example your saved scans or locations) while keeping your account. Email hello@wbando.com with the subject “Data deletion request” describing what you want removed — same verification and 30-day window apply.

Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
