Getting started

No account is needed — open the app and continue as a guest to run your first scan. Pick a take-off point and run a Radial Scan to see line-of-sight coverage around it, or draw a flight path with TOFF to see what percentage of the route stays in coverage. Creating an account later keeps your scans and saved spots across devices.

Why does a prediction differ from my real flight?

Coverage predictions are estimates built from terrain elevation (30 m), satellite-derived canopy height (10 m), and RF-emitter databases. Real radio performance also depends on your equipment, antennas, output power, and local conditions the model can't see. Treat predictions as planning guidance, not a guarantee — and always fly within your local regulations.

Location permission

Wbando asks for location access to center the map on where you are and place scans at your position. You can decline and place scans manually — the permission can be changed at any time in your device settings.

Subscriptions

Wbando Elite subscriptions are billed by the store you purchased through. To manage or cancel, use your store's subscription settings: App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Billing questions we can help with directly: hello@wbando.com.

Your account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app via Profile → Delete account, or as described on our account deletion page. How we handle your data is covered in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
